We ship from our Sydney warehouse to NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA and QLD. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive in 3–8 business days.
Sydney local team delivery
$29 flat, $600 minimum, offshore islands excluded. We deliver into your chosen room and unpack; packaging is left with you, so keep the cartons until you're happy. Your driver calls to confirm a time. Standard freight is also available in Sydney.
Standard freight
Sydney and NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA, QLD. Delivery to your front door or ground-floor entrance, with tracking where available. The carrier doesn't call ahead — please be home or leave a safe, sheltered spot. Upstairs delivery is not included; contact us before ordering.
Shipping fees
Calculated at checkout from your full address. For islands, remote and hard-to-reach postcodes, we confirm availability and any freight difference by email before you pay. No PO boxes.
Assembly
TV units can be assembled on delivery for a fee, confirmed in writing before booking. Vanities arrive fully assembled. Sofas, sofa beds and lounge chairs need no assembly.
Returns
Accepted where an item doesn't meet a consumer guarantee (faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete); we arrange collection and cover freight within our delivery areas. No change-of-mind returns — please check measurements first. Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Warranty
1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Will it fit through my door or lift?
The Cloud Sofa ships one box per seat — three cartons for the three-seater, four with the ottoman. If your access is tight, send us the product name, delivery suburb, floor level, lift access and any narrow doorways before you order; we’ll check it with you.
How long does it take to expand?
Unbox each seat, position it, and let the foam expand. The Cloud reaches full shape within 48–72 hours. A garment steamer can speed up the process.
Do I need tools to assemble it?
No. There is no assembly: unbox, place the seats, and let them expand. Each seat is compressed for delivery.
Can I wash the covers?
On the Cloud range, seat and back covers zip off for washing. Follow the care label, and use a soft brush or vacuum for everyday dust.
How much weight does each seat support?
Each Cloud seat is engineered to support up to 150 kg.
Can I change the layout later?
Yes. Every seat moves independently, and the ottoman is free-standing. You can reconfigure the sofa or add an ottoman later.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us as soon as you can — photos within 7 days help most. We arrange collection and cover freight across our delivery areas, then repair, replace or refund under our returns policy.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We don’t offer change-of-mind returns. The sofa arrives compressed in compact boxes, but expands to full size once unpacked — so it can’t simply be re-packed and shipped back like a small parcel. You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
