Every payment below is processed over an encrypted connection, in Australian dollars. We never see or store your full card number.

How you can pay

Choose your method at checkout. We add no surcharge, whichever you pick.

Credit & debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay are all accepted. Where your bank requires it, you will be asked to confirm the payment in your banking app or by SMS.

  • Cards issued outside Australia are welcome
  • Your bank may apply its own conversion fee

PayPal

Pay with your PayPal balance, bank account or a linked card. PayPal keeps your financial details private and adds its own layer of buyer protection to the order.

  • No card details needed on our site
  • A good option if you would rather not save a card
  • Refunds return to the same PayPal account

Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay

On a supported device or browser an express button appears at the top of your cart. It uses the card and delivery details already saved on your device or Shopify account, so an order takes a couple of taps.

Afterpay

Take the sofa home today and pay for it in four interest-free instalments, taken every two weeks. No interest, and no fees at all when you pay on time.

  • Approval, and your spending limit, are decided by Afterpay
  • A missed payment may incur a late fee — Afterpay's terms apply

How Afterpay works

On a $1,649.00 sofa, that is 4 payments of $412.25.

The first instalment is taken when your order is placed and the remaining three every two weeks after that. There is no interest and no account fee. You will need an Afterpay account, and you can settle any instalment early from the Afterpay app.

Your payment is protected

  • Encrypted from end to end Payment details travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Certified processing Card payments run through Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
  • Nothing stored on our servers We cannot see your full card number, and it is never written to our systems.
  • We will never ask for your card by email or phone If someone claiming to be us does, please tell us straight away.

Refunds

However you paid, the refund goes back the same way.

Card

Usually back on your card within 3–5 business days of us processing it. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

PayPal

Returned to your PayPal account, normally within a few business days of the refund being processed.

Afterpay

Sent to Afterpay and applied to your remaining instalments. If you have already paid more than the refunded amount, Afterpay returns the difference to your nominated account. Contact Afterpay for questions about how an individual refund is applied.

If a payment doesn't go through

  1. Check the card number, the expiry date and the billing address — the address has to match what your bank has on file.
  2. Confirm there are enough funds, and that your bank has not blocked the transaction as a security measure.
  3. Try a different payment method, or call your bank and try again.
  4. Charged but no confirmation email? Please do not pay a second time — email us first, and any duplicate charge is refunded in full.
