If you are checking whether a furniture piece will fit your home, please include the product name, delivery suburb, floor level, lift availability and any tight access points such as stairs, narrow doors or long corridors.

After ordering

For order support, include your order number and delivery suburb so we can find your order quickly.

Damaged, wrong or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, email your order number and clear photos of the carton, shipping label and product where available. Please keep the packaging where practical until we confirm the next step. These requests help us assess the issue and do not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
